Support private investors and review taxes and incentives

Produces an environment in the construction industry to support

Support the regeneration work across the Island

The Real Estate sector on the Isle of Man is ever-changing. In the original restructure of the agencies, Real Estate was seen to fall under the Construction sector. However, as Business Isle of Man has developed Real Estate has too and now stands as a sector in its own right.

In the year up to 30th November 2018, 1263 planning applications were determined and 91% of these were approved. With more and more businesses re-locating or setting up on the Isle of Man, there is a growing need to support them with the supply of land or buildings. But the Isle of Man is developing in both residential and commercial property as those individuals that are re-located to work also need to be supplied with housing for them and their families. This shows how diverse the Manx Economy is, with constant development for Retail, Manufacturing and Office space all over the island.
