Domestic Event Fund - Winter Event Support

This application form is for events taking place from 1st November 2024 onwards, within single hospitality or leisure venues. As part of an extension to the Domestic Event Fund, commercial venues can apply for financial support for in-house events during the winter of 2024/25.

With the introduction of the Local Economy Strategy, additional funding has been allocated to reopen the single venue hospitality route for the Domestic Event Fund. This funding aims to support events in single venues, including those that may not be entirely new but have been successfully held in the past, such as live music or entertainment. Eligible venues may receive up to £1,500 in support, covering up to 80% of the total costs, with the remaining portion to be covered by the event organiser. This £1,500 can be used for a single event or across a series of events, with a minimum claim amount of £250 per application.

Please note that this funding applies only to upcoming events and cannot be used for events that have already taken place. Support is available for events scheduled between 1st November 2024 and 31st March 2025. We recommend reading the full guidelines ahead of submitting an application.
